Lars Stalling

Lars Stalling is Head of Innovation Strategy of the Discovery team at CDO. His role is to define strategic lines of work, improve innovation processes and culture, and initiate new innovation projects that make technology human, meaningful and useful for our customers. After learning his ropes in human-centered innovation at Frog and IDEO in San Francisco, Lars worked as freelance innovation consultant for Telefónica I+D since 2008. He joined TID (now Telefónica Innovación Digital) full time in 2015. In 2016, he took a 3 year detour to work at Telefónica Alpha, Telefónca's Moonshot Factory, where he led Ideation, exploring and launching new moonshot projects that leverage cutting edge tech to generate big societal impact and new business opportunities for Telefónica.
