Luisa Rubio Arribas

Senior expert on corporate venture capital, open innovation and entrepreneurship. Currently she is the Head of Wayra X, leading the Telefonica's investment vehicle to globally execute seed and early-stage investments in digital startups oriented to consumer markets. She has been working in Spain and USA focusing most of her career in Open Innovation initiatives where she has led investment, disinvestment, and business development opportunities with more than 100 startups around the world. During her career she has participated in several conferences as speaker and jury member, contribute with international publications and act as a professor on Entrepreneurship and Open Innovation. Luisa holds a double Degree in Law, Labour Relations and Human Resources by Complutense University of Madrid and a Master in Lawyering by UOC.
